Do you people know what the f you're talking about? This family didn't buy a house that was beyond their means. Everyone who buys a house buys it for more than they can pay at the moment. Their mortgage rate was increased to a level that they could not pay from month to month. Listen to the video before you say something stupid.

its not the people's fault. Blame the Policticians that enacted the Community Reinvestment Act, which lowered the standards for lending. Its Affirmitive Action in a different aspect.

People def had eyes bigger than their wallets, but it was also explained to them in a way that seemed affordable. If I was in that situation, a forensic doc audit completed by a law firm would be the last option I would entertain

To Dan Smith. I live in the 805 too! Ventura county, I went though and seen forclosure too, when I was living in Ventura ca, miss that house, only lived there for four years March 1 2004 - July 8, 2008. Foreclosure is something am going to remember the rest of my life and its embrassing too.

The real estate agents only wanted to make money and did not care about putting people in a future bind. The buyers did not think about what would happen if the bubble bursts. But it is not right that the govt bailout did not allow for home owners to refinance at the current market value. Thank Obama for that. He could have prevented the entire forclosure mess but did not as he needs to make his jewish banker friends more money. Thats hope and change shit for you.

Yes the real estate people and banks and govt people should be in prison for this. Also the idiots who bought houses they could not afford. Dont tell me this guy didnt know what he was signing. He did. But hey its the American way. Its always somebody elses fault right?

It's not a job for the U.S. Gov't to help the Americans, the U.S. Gov't's job is to feed the Military Industrial Complex and make the American soldiers fight for the British Empire and the British banking dynasty. The U.S. Gov't and the British Empire both see the Americans as slaves and nothing more. The U.S. Gov't, the son and the British Empire, the father are one and the same.

Totally true, and that is why it is just so sad.

What good are petitions?Politicians don't care about a petition any more than they care about a march or a rally. The time for that sort of thing passed long ago when the Fed was created.Sure they will allow a change here or there but nothing that will jeopardize power, only something that will will fuel infighting amongst the people so the people won't look behind the curtains and see the men behind the bankers.
