Not until October 1st of this year and there is a new HR Bill that has been presented to try to work on keeping it alive. Also City and County Down Payment Assistance Programs will still remain so there are still going to be ways for homeowners to get help with down payment assistance. It is only to Seller Assisted Down Payment Assistance that will be going away October 1st unless this new bill get ammended to keep it alive. Seller paid down payment assistance has seen the chopping block before.
