Why is it so much more extraordinary to believe that these phenomena are demonic then is to believe that they are extraterrestrial? Perhaps it is the purely rationalist, positivist, and humanist views on this phenomenon that are misguided. Are we being deceived by our own modern notions of reality? Perhaps we are being "blinded by science" or at least by the narrowness of its views. Why are we so quick to discount the revealed knowledge of theology ?
