insurance and mortgage brokers are Crooks that wear ties , shop around for a mortgage loan and know that Closing Costs are Negotiable and make sure you Don't get a loan in which you pay a Penalty Fee if you double up on your monthly mortgage payment (in case you want to pay the loan before the 30 years)
