Loans are granted to Pakistan but are not monitored/audited to see the completion of the project they are sanctioned for. Pakistani ruling class & govt departments gradually eat up the entire loan. Are these loans granted to promote hypocrisy, gradually leading to fake inflation, injustice & poverty? The end result nowadays is reaction in the form of suicide bombing & destruction due to the problems mentioned. Kalabagh Dam & many projects are just a dream due to this attitude of IMF & World Bank

Home financing options definitely have been contracted over the last year, but for most Veterans we find that the changes have been beneficial. Between '99-'06, lenders were too quick to direct borrowers who would have qualified for a VA loan into a subprime or no-doc option. Now, out of necessity, a safer and more appropriate loan option is being used. We've been saying it all along . . . thanks for the comment.

Seems like the 'American Dream' turned into the 'American Nightmare' these days ..
