Schedule:

• 1:00pm: Arrival & Oligoscan

• 1:30pm: Welcome & Oligoscan discussion

• 2:30pm: Split into groups:

  • Group A: Energy reset discussion (cellular health, thyroid/adrenal/digestion, blood sugar, sleep, inflammation, moods)

  • Group B: PEMF + BioCharger rotation (10 minutes each, with device education)

• 3:30pm: Groups swap

• 4:30pm: Putting it all together – action steps

• 5:00pm: Close
