Morning Session – Reset Your Body Composition (8:30am–12:30pm)

Schedule:

  • 8:30am: Arrival & InBody scans

  • 9:00am: Welcome, goal setting & scan discussion

  • 10:00am: Split into 2 groups:

    • Group A: Body composition deep dive (fat, muscle, bone, fluid, nutrition)

    • Group B: G-Force trial with Dean (exercise physiology, mindset, training strategies)

  • 11:00am: Groups swap

  • 12:00pm: Putting it all together – Q&A

  • 12.30pm: End of morning session

 

Afternoon Session – Reset Your Energy Levels (1:00pm–5:00pm)

    • Group B: PEMF + BioCharger rotation
