Live 1 - Preparing for life. This discussion begins with looking at your current state of health, we look at ways to set ourselves up for success and consider how we would like to enjoy life moving forward.
Live 2 - We discuss stress and stress management tools. This includes a practical breathwork session
Live 3 - Guidelines for good nutrition. This includes a discussion on Menopause Superfoods and Essential Nutrients
Live 4 - Putting it all together, reassess current symptoms, and consider specific treatment for remaining ailments.
